It comprises two 0.30mm surfaces bonded to a 100% recycled polyethylene core, sourced from the EU, ensuring exceptional durability and flatness. With the widest range of Polyester paint colours and finishes available in both Gloss and Matt finishes, including a vast selection of stock colours and the ability to match almost any RAL colour, Alupanel offers endless design possibilities.

Alupanel Metallics: Brushed finishes- 

The Natural Standard for Brushed Metallic Finishes

For projects where a genuine metallic look elevates the design, Alupanel Brushed brings the same 0.30mm fabrication-grade skin as standard Alupanel to a range of authentic brushed aluminium surfaces — natural Silver, or striking Black, Copper, Bronze and Gold tones. It folds, forms and routes exactly like the flagship range, making it the natural-finish choice for corporate ID, retail displays and feature signage that call for a raw, industrial aesthetic.

Alupanel Brushed brings a genuine, natural metal finish to the trusted Alupanel platform, available in natural Silver or in striking Black, Copper, Bronze and Gold tones. Two 0.30mm aluminium skins are brushed to create a fine linear texture and bonded to Alupanel's 100% recycled polyethylene core, giving fabricators and sign-makers the same rigidity, flatness, and forming capability as the standard Alupanel range — but finished in raw or coloured metal rather than paint. The coloured range is supplied as a double-sided product: Brushed Black pairs with Brushed Copper on the reverse, and Brushed Bronze pairs with Brushed Gold on the reverse.

Because the surface is a natural raw material rather than a factory-applied colour, tone and grain can vary subtly between individual sheets and production batches, so specifiers should order from a single batch for large or highly visible installations. Warranty cover differs by finish: Brushed Aluminium (Silver) carries the standard 5-year warranty for both internal and external use, while the Brushed Colours (Black, Copper, Bronze, Gold) carry a 5-year warranty for internal use — these coloured finishes can be used outdoors for short-term projects (see examples in our gallery), but external installations fall outside the warranty. All Brushed finishes are printable, though without a digital finish or guarantee — always test print first and consult your hardware supplier before printing on a reflective surface.

When a design calls for reflective brilliance rather than a painted colour, Alupanel Mirror delivers a true mirror-polished aluminium surface in Gold or Silver, built on the same 0.30mm Alupanel platform. It is the statement-piece choice for feature signage, retail installations and eye-catching branded displays where light and reflection are part of the design.

Alupanel Mirror pairs a genuine mirror-polished aluminium face - available in Gold or Silver - with the same 0.30mm skin and 100% recycled polyethylene core as standard Alupanel, giving fabricators the same fold, form and routing capability alongside a true reflective finish that no printed or laminated material can match. It is specified where a design needs to capture and reflect light: feature walls, retail displays, awards and recognition boards, and premium signage installations.

The 5-year warranty on Mirror covers internal use; panels can be used outdoors for short-term projects (see examples in our gallery), but external installations fall outside the warranty. The surface is printable, though without a digital finish or guarantee - always test print first and consult your hardware supplier before printing on a reflective surface, and take care in specification and handling given the reflective face is more visible to marking and fingerprints than a painted finish.
