Before The Brewery Quarter was re-branded, and known as just The Brewery, The Bigger Printing Company - who are one of our Alupanel Product Partners - printed and installed 120 metres of A-Lite hoarding panels around the site.
A-Lite Demo Print by Mimaki at FESPA
We were proud to be the official material supplier to Mimaki at the FESPA exhibition in Hamburg. Our Alupanel A-Lite® substrates were used throughout the show to demonstrate the excellent results that can be achieved from printers such as the JFX-200 and UJF-7151.

Internal signage in London, UK
Alupanel A-Lite offers exceptional colour reproduction and clarity for digital prints, as shown here with this vertical panel of A-Lite in a 2mm thickness, with a 0.2mm skin. This project was installed in a prominent UK Television Centre, which also used our 3mm Alupanel for the internal 'cassette' construction in silver.
Multishield's whiteboard coating
Our Multishield steel composite panel offers a galvanised steel surface, with a specially developed digital paint coating and the option of a whiteboard finish on the reverse. It's also magnetically-receptive, opening up a huge array of potential applications. This is an example of our material on display at FESPA.
The Brewery Quarter, Cheltenham
This project was completed by Bigger Printing, and involved the production and installation of 12 voids (large retail graphic displays) at The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham, following the construction work undertaken as part of a £30 million regeneration scheme for the lower High Street in Cheltenham. Each void measures over 5.2 metres by 4.1 metres. The whole project used 112 sheets of Alupanel, and each panel was protected with a gloss anti-graffiti seal. Once the retail units are open, the voids will be removed to reveal the unit window displays.

Our Alupanel products offer a wide range of colours, shown particularly well in this display for ICE Watch. It's ability to be routed and folded makes it ideal for this - and a number of other applications.

Our Alupanel Lite product is ideal for projects where a load bearing capacity is not required. This project, by Owen Sign Craft, shows an excellent use of cutting and printing that really accentuates the finishes on offer as part of the Alupanel range.

Alupanel Mirror at Sign & Digital UK 2017
To demonstrate the ever-popular Alupanel mirror finish, we routed and folded a 3mm thick, 0.3mm skin section into the shape of a Union Jack flag and mounted it onto a 3mm Alupanel Black Gloss panel as a base.

EuroFoam PVC Demo Print
We supplied Canon with some of our 3mm EuroFoam PVC, for testing on their Oce Arizona printer. The results demonstrated outstanding clarity and colour reproduction thanks to it's hard, white, flat surface and excellent UV stability.

Created by French-born artist JR and completed alongside a team of 11 in two months, the site-specific piece at the Palazzo Strozzi in Florence, Italy was constructed 30 centimetres in front of the 15th Century ashlar facade with a metal structure and 120 sheets of Alupanel Lite. Architectural Light Panels
LightStyle Design in Vancouver, Canada use ALUPANEL in their beatiful Architectural LED Design Panels. Currently available in 40 different designs, they are rated for indoor and outdoor use and can be installed anywhere. LightStyle Design say they have sampled many different ACM products and have found ALUPANEL to be the best quality for this application.
Gold mine social distancing
During the COVID 19 pandemic, Creative DSigns in Ontario, Canada used Alupanel to create a divider unit to separate the workers when travelling underground in the cage together at a local gold mine. The unit had to be free standing, yet light weight and Alupanel really did the trick to keep production moving. They also used 6mm Alupanel to create desk screens to enable social distancing in the mine offices.

This front splitter was made by Jason Bos Machining and Fabrication, Montreal. Using our 6mm Alupanel in gloss black, Jason said of the material:
I chose to use Alupanel for my front wind splitter because it was not only a cost-effective alternative to carbon fibre, but because it let me perform different manufacturing procedures on it easily. After creating a wooden prototype, I transferred information and dimensions to a CAD program and contacted a waterjet/forming business to execute my design.
The end result was a robust and visually stunning front splitter that really completed the front end of my custom wide body MK4 GTI. Being able to bend, shear and waterjet makes this material very user friendly and therefore an excellent resource for many aero uses.

The most exciting night of Christmas for everyone in Spain, especially children, is the evening of the 5th January, when the three Wise Men or Kings bring presents for everyone. For this 3 Kings Parade in Madrid, intricately folded Alupanel Mirror was combined with LED lighting to create a magical effect.

This fantastic mural is situated on the side wall of a surf shop in Australia. The Alupanel was sanded and prepared in a warehouse before being painted, by
hand, then attached to the side wall of the surf shop to look as though the wall has been broken through exposing a great beach scene!
