You will be active on the production floor every day, operating machinery, handling materials, and keeping manufacturing moving.

Work Pattern
5:45 am/pm – 6:15 pm/am, 40.25 hrs/week, 4 on – 4 off, Days & Nights, Monday to Sunday.
Overtime opportunities available with an additional uplift rate.
What You Will Be Doing?
Operating cutting, extrusion, and laminating machinery.
Monitoring production processes for quality and efficiency.
Handling aluminium and steel composite materials safely.
Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
Performing basic machine or tool maintenance and reporting faults.
Following all Health & Safety and PPE procedures.
Keeping a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Working with your team to hit production targets.
Criteria
Who We Are Looking For
The Right Attitude Matters Most. We welcome applications from people with little or no manufacturing experience and from experienced operatives who want stability in a growing business. You do not need to tick every box, but you do need to be hardworking, reliable, and ready to commit.
Requirements
- Physical stamina and a willingness to do hands-on, active work.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Sufficient English to understand safety instructions and complete basic paperwork.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
